ndianMark implemented an Automated Corona Disinfectant Tunnel System at the Walayar Check Post, Coimbatore, as part of COVID-19 pandemic control and public safety measures.
This tunnel system was strategically installed at one of the busiest state border check posts to ensure sanitization of vehicles, goods, and individuals entering Tamil Nadu from Kerala during the pandemic lockdown period.

The system featured an automated mist spraying tunnel equipped with motion sensors, high-pressure nozzles, and timer-controlled disinfectant delivery, enabling efficient and contactless sanitization without human intervention.

This project played a crucial role in curbing virus spread across state borders, supporting law enforcement and health authorities in ensuring safety protocols for essential goods transport, travelers, and frontline workers.

The plug-and-play modular design allowed easy installation and relocation, while the IoT-ready system provided operational data, maintenance alerts, and performance logs, ensuring continuous operation with minimal downtime.
